Two bookings are reported by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.
A Chillicothe man facing charges of alleged assault was arrested by Hamilton Police on a bond violation warrant. Eighteen-year-old Maxwell David Johnston was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $2,500 cash only. A bond revocation hearing is set for June 5th.
Johnston had posted a $5,000 bond on the original charge of alleged assault on May 29th.
A woman at the Chillicothe Correction Facility was arrested by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department and is held in custody pending extradition. Forty-year-old Shana Johnson was arrested Friday morning on a warrant for alleged assault on a corrections officer. The incident is alleged to have occurred in August of 2023. Bond is set at $2,500 cash only.
