A UTV crash in Dekalb County left a Gallatin woman and two Cameron boys injured Monday evening. State Troopers report the crash occurred at about 5:15 pm on SE Whitaker Road, south of Cameron. According to the report, an 8-year-old boy was driving the UTV northbound and attempted to make a right turn, when he lost control, went off the road, struck a fence and the vehicle overturned, coming to rest on its wheels.
The 8-year-old and 7-year-old boys had moderate injuries and were taken to Children’s Mercy Hospital. The 18-year-old, Annabell Pall of Gallatin, had minor injuries and was treated at Cameron Regional Medical Center.
