Two bookings into the jails for Livingston County are reported by The Sheriff’s Department.
Tuesday at 11:00 am, Livingston Couty Deputies booked 38-year-old Ronald David Hines of Hale, currently serving time in the Missouri Department of Corrections, into the Caldwell County Detention Center on a Writ for Court. He is held without bond. Hines is scheduled for arraignment in Circuit Court on charges of alleged Possession of a controlled substance, Tampering with physical evidence, and Delivery of a controlled substance
25-year-old Jeramiah Calen Dewayne Brittain of Gallatin was arrested out of state and is awaiting extradition as an Absconder While On Furlough from a charge of alleged Resisting Arrest. He is awaiting extradition.
