The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department report for late May and early June includes numerous incidents, arrests, and investigations.
Incident Reports:
May 29th, deputies responded with the Missouri State Highway Patrol to the 200 block of North Sherman Street in Wheeling for a possible theft in progress. The call resulted in an arrest by the Troopers for DWI.
Arrests:
May 30th, deputies arrested 19-year-old Drake Clapp of Liberty, for 91 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on US 36 near LIV 255. Clapp posted $250 cash bond.
June 2nd, deputies arrested 62-year-old Patrick Lovelace of Las Vegas for traveling 92 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on US 36 near LIV 261. Lovelace posted $250 cash bond.
June 3rd, deputies arrested 37-year-old Billy Hatfield of Chillicothe in the 400 block of Jackson Street in Chillicothe, on a Livingston County Warrant for alleged failing to obey judge’s orders on charges of possession of a controlled substance. Hatfield was held at Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $10,000 cash only bond.
Citations:
Deputies also issued numerous citations for speeding. Several were for speeds of 85 MPH and over in a 65 zone on US 65.
