A single-vehicle rollover crash Sunday evening left four juveniles from Chillicothe injured, one with serious injuries. The Missouri Highway Patrol investigated the crash that happened Sunday at about 7:30 pm on LIV 256, west of Chillicothe. No names were released as all four are juveniles.
According to the report, the 16-year-old driver was eastbound on LIV 256 and began sliding on the gravel road, he went off the southside of the road and the SUV overturned and the driver was ejected from the vehicle and had serious injuries. He was flown to Children’s Mercy Hospital for treatment. A 13-year-old girl had moderate injuries and was taken to Hedrick Medical Center for treatment. Fourteen- and fifteen-year-old girls had minor injuries and were transported by their parents. None of the four were wearing safety belts.
