A flood warning has been issued for Linn County, portions of Sullivan County, and portions of Chariton County.
The National Weather Service issued the warning due to small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall.
This includes Northern Chariton, Linn, Macon, Randolph and Southern Sullivan counties, until 1015 PM CDT Wednesday. Portions of the area received isolated rainfall amounts around 7 inches in the past 24 hours
