The Chillicothe Police Report for Sunday includes one arrest.
At about 1:40 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a suspicious person in the 2700 block of N. Washington St. The person left the area.
At around 2:10 p.m., Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Webster St. They arrested Joel Tracy Kellison for alleged domestic assault, endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
At around 4:30 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a possible intoxicated driver in the 500 block of S. Washington St.
At about 5:30 p.m., Officers took a report of a stolen handgun in the 200 block of Turner St.
At around 7:35 p.m., Officers conducted a well-being check on a possible suicidal person in the 1600 block of Rosewood Ln. The person was found safe and family members were notified.
At around 8:35 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a smell of gas in the area of Brunswick St. and Third St. Officers were assisted by the Chillicothe Fire Department.
