Chillicothe City Council will handle several ordinances, and hear the 2023/24 Audit report when they meet Monday. The meeting begins at 5:30 pm at Chillicothe City Hall. Following the financials, appearances include:
- The Mayor with an appointment to the board of adjustment
- A presentation from MPUA for CMU
- The 2023/24 Audit presented by Bob Conrad
- A Zoning change for 532 McCormick
- Vacating a Roadway near 103 Asher
- Amending the setback rules for Mixed Use
- A resolution for the intent to seek Community Development Block Grant Funding
- A resolution establishing rules, regulations and penalties for “Use of excessive force during non-violent civil rights demonstrations, including physically barring access to a facility or location”
- An ordinance providing “Fair housing” – defining discriminatory Housing Practices and creating a fair housing committee.
An executive session is planned to follow the regular meeting.
