State Troopers report three arrests in the local area Monday morning, all in Chariton County.
At 12:54 am. Troopers arrested 23 year old Stephen Serfass of Salisbury for alleged DWI. He was taken to the Chariton County Jail on a 12 hour hold.
At 5:33 am, 46 year old Brian Gardner of Chillicothe was arrested for alleged driving while revoked, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, DWI with drugs – Aggravated offender, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Chariton County Jail on a 24 hour hold.
At 5:46 am, 40 year old Dawn Johnson of Kansas City was arrested for alleged possession of Methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, on a Lawrence County warrant for alleged non-support, A Cass County warrant for alleged drugs and three Pettis County warrants for alleged failure to appear on charges of alleged possession of a controlled substance. She was taken to the Chariton County Jail, with no bond allowed.
