The Chillicothe City Council handled a busy agenda Monday.
The mayor appointed Ben Vance to serve on the Board of Adjustments. He is currently finishing a term on the Planning and Zoning Board.
Brandon Renaud from the Missouri Public Utilities Alliance made a presentation for CMU. Renaud presented the Certificate of Excellence in Reliability.
Recognized for utility reliability.
Robert Conrad of Cconrad & Higgins CPA presented the 2023/24 audit. Conrad started out by saying “Life is Good” and concluded with a simple explanation of the Audit.
An Excellent Audit
A request to vacate an undeveloped portion of roadway, north of 103 Asher Street was tabled as the city needs to determine when the street was platted and how the property will be divided among adjacent property owners.
