Two zoning items were considered by the Chillicothe City Council in the recent meeting. Codes Enforcement Officer Gill Gates presented the ordinances to the council.
The first was to amend the zoning at 532 McCormick from Industrial – I-1 to Commercial – C-3.
To allow apartments in part of the building
The second item was to amend the rear setback rules for Mixed Use Zoning. The change is from 25 feet to 15 feet.
To be more consistent with other zoning areas.
The Council approved both zoning changes on votes of 4-0.
