An Illinois man was arrested by Chillicothe Police officers Wednesday morning for alleged possession of a controlled substance.  Forty-four-year-old Joshua Patrick Dickermann was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.  He was since charged in Livingston County Court.
