A Polo man pled guilty to two counts of Child Molestation in Caldwell County Court. Twenty-two-year-old Timothy S. Sharp entered the Guilty plea on the 2022 charges of Child Molestation with a victim more than four years younger than him. The prosecution has recommended three years on one count and two years on the other, with the sentences to run consecutively.
A sentencing assessment report has been ordered and sentencing has not yet been scheduled.
