Sentencing in two cases in Livingston County Court was handed down this week.
A woman charged in Livingston County Court in August of 2023 with abuse or neglect of a child, Rachel Marie Jones, pled guilty in May to Domestic Assault. Jones was sentenced to four years in prison.
A woman who pled guilty on May 9th to endangering the welfare of a child in March of 2023 was sentenced in Livingston County Court. Sara Elizabeth Eller was sentenced to 5 years in prison – suspended. Eller will serve 5 years of probation.
