Kimberly Sue Atwell, age 64, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Monday July 15, 2024, at Grand River Health Care in Chillicothe, Missouri.
Kimberly was born the daughter of John and Alice (Kinsella) Atwell in Chillicothe, Missouri, on May 19, 1960.  She was a 1978 graduate of Chillicothe High School. Kimberly worked as a nurse’s aide at Hedrick Medical Center, as well as Walmart on the night crew and Washington Street Food and Drink restaurant. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family. She also enjoyed her dog, Coco. She dearly loved her nieces and nephews.
Survivors include seven sisters, Teresa Coyne of Fulshear, Texas, Tamara Werkmeister and husband Wayne of Columbia, Missouri, Shawn Switzer and husband Mark of Mooresville, Missouri, Stacy Allen and husband Michael of Stilwell, Kansas, Audra Pulliam and husband Mark of Columbia, Missouri, Nicole Cofer and husband Graham of Venice, Florida, and Erica Whiteside and husband Bruce of Chillicothe, Missouri; nine nieces and nephews; Jonathan (Amanda) Coyne of Fulshear, Texas, Drew (Dr. Jeanie Marie) Pepper of Nokomis, Florida, Jeffery (Erin) Pulliam of Lockhart, Texas, Zachary (Kayla) Pulliam of Columbia, Missouri, Cody Pulliam of Silverthorne, Colorado, Morgan (Cody) Whalen of Venice, Florida, Ross Cofer of Venice, Florida, Kylie (John) Bottala of Sierra Madre, California, and Sydnie Whiteside of Phoenix, Arizona; and seven great nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn McConnell and Michael McConnell of Fulshear, Texas, Harper Landry of Columbia, Missouri, Walker Pulliam of Lockhart, Texas, Marley Whalen of Venice, Florida and Annabelle and John Bottala of Sierra Madre, California. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister Valeria Jo Atwell.
Graveside services will be held at St. Columban Catholic Cemetery, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Friends may call at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, July 19, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Columban Catholic Church and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home P.O.
