Friday at 9:14 AM, Officers took a walk in report of stealing. Upon investigation, Officers took a statement and report of stealing and forgery. Investigation continuing.
Saturday at 9:03 AM, Officers responded to the 10s block of Ryan Lane in reference to a hit and run motor vehicle accident. Officers were able to work the investigation and identified and located the suspect. The 46-year-old male subject was processed and released with multiple citations.
Saturday at 1:33 PM, Officers responded to the intersection of Washington and Business 36 in reference to a 2-vehicle accident. The driver of a pickup failed to yield to oncoming traffic and attempted to make a left turn. An SUV traveling north through the intersection struck the side of the pickup causing the pickup to overturn blocking traffic. The driver of the pickup was issued citations and given a court date.
Sunday at 12:05 AM, Officers responded to Ann and Washington in reference to assisting Missouri Highway Patrol with a vehicle failing to yield after traveling 60 mph in a 25-mph zone. The vehicle eventually pulled over in the 900 block of south Washington Street. The driver was found to be intoxicated and arrested by Highway Patrol for Driving While Intoxicated. The driver was later released with citations and a court date.
Sunday at 1:25 AM, Officers observed a male subject hit a curb while driving a pickup in the 600 block of Business 36. Officers were able to communicate effectively to initiate a traffic stop resulting in the arrest of a 26-year-old male for Driving While Intoxicated. The subject was later released with citations and an Associate Court date.
