The regular meeting of the Chillicothe City Council will be held at Chillicothe City Hall in the Council Chambers on Monday at 5:30 PM. The following matter will be presented and discussed:
Presentation and approval of invoices, payroll and Municipal Utilities Invoices and Salaries from the Finance Chairman.
Amy Hess will present an ordinance amending sections of Chapter 205 of the City Code in regard to animals and fowl.
Roze Frampton will appear with an ordinance authorizing a contract with McClure for Railroad Engineering Services.
Frampton will also discuss and request from Chillicothe RII School district $5,000 to asphalt the track at the old stadium.
Josh Norris will present an ordinance entering into a User Agreement with the Chillicothe RII School district for City Athletic Facilities.
Comments from the public, City Administrator, City Mayor, Council Members, City Auditor and City Clerk will follow. The meeting will end with a closed session for hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of a any public government employee.
