Two Carrollton residents were arrested over the weekend by State Troopers.
Saturday at about 11:30 pm, Troopers arrested 35-year-old James M. Kelly for alleged DWI – aggravated offender and for speeding. He was processed and released.
Sunday at about 12:35 am, Troopers arrested 22-year-old Keygan M. Hogan for alleged no valid license, no seatbelt, and no insurance. He was processed and released.
