Three contested races and a ballot question are in the Grundy County election results. 2,261 ballots were cast Tuesday, that is 36.18% of registered voters.
The contested races are all on the Republican Ticket.
For Circuit 3 Judge
Matt Krohn received 1,441 votes
Steven D. Hudson had 638 votes.
Krohn is the winner for 3rd Circuit Judge.
For First District Commissioner
Don Saget received 385 votes
Kevin Ireland had 675 Votes.
Ireland is the winner for First District Commissioner
For Second District Commissioner
Bryan Johnson had 565 votes
Brad Chumbley received 428 votes
Johnson is the winner for Second District Commissioner
Washington Township Voters approved the ballot question with a vote of 13 YES to 5 NO.
