A Kansas City woman was arrested by State Troopers in Caldwell County Monday. At about 3:35 pm, Troopers arrested 25-year-old Zoei L. Beasley for speeding and on two Clay County warrants for traffic violations. She was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
