A house at 515 East 9th Court in Trenton was destroyed by fire Monday. The Trenton Fire Department received the call at about 5:25 am and arrived to find the rear half of the home fully engulfed in flames. The house and its contents were a total loss.
The house had been unoccupied for several years and the owners were previously deceased.
Fire crews were on the scene for about three hours.
