Moderate flooding on the Grand River at Sumner is expected as the river is forecast to rise above flood stage of 26 feet on Friday. The river is currently at 10.5 feet and is expected to rise above flood stage Thursday with a crest of 30.4 feet by Friday afternoon and flooding continuing until Saturday morning.
