Carrollton Town Board will hold a tax rate hearing Monday, just prior to the Town Council meeting.
The Tax Rate Hearing is at 5:30 pm at Carrollton City Hall. The tax rate will include funding for the General Fund, Library Fund, and Parks and Recreation Fund. The proposed rate is 1.5744 per $100 valuation.
On the agenda for the regular meeting:
The ordinance to approve the tax rate.
Corina Thorne will address the council with library recommendations.
The council will consider repealing the Municipal City Stickers.
Will consider a resolution for the Excessive Force Resolution.
And consider a resolution to apply for a Community Development Block Grant.
New Business includes:
Fonda Arnold – addressing public concerns.
Miles Carter – on a Ground Lease.
An executive session will be held for legal, real estate, and personnel matters.
