Two new refuse workers were hired by Chillicothe Municipal Utilities in this week’s Board of Public Works meeting – executive session. CMU Operations Manager Casey Johnson says the board approved Zach Smith and Cory Winsor. Both need to complete physicals and drug screening before they start their positions
