Traffic flow on Washington and Third Streets is returning to normal. Work on the east side of the intersection at Washington Street and Third Street is complete and the Chillicothe Street Department has re-opened the intersection to regular traffic.
Chillicothe Street crews closed the east side of the intersection on August 12th for a concrete replacement project.
