Chillicothe Police Report For Monday

One hundred two calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Monday.  Some of the calls included traffic stops, business checks, and reports of suspicious persons.

At 7:11 a.m., Officers were dispatched to an active physical assault at Dickinson Ave. and Third St. Officers located the suspect and victim and determined it was a domestic assault. They arrested a 29-year-old woman for domestic assault. She was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.

At 7:42 a.m., Officers responded to a two-vehicle traffic crash in the 2600 block of Fair St. Officers responded and a report was taken.

At approximately 12:01 p.m., Officers arrested a 44-year-old man for operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked.  The arrest was following a traffic stop in the 600 block of Business 36.  He was processed and released.

At 4:05 p.m., a citizen arrived at the Police Department to retrieve their lost property. The property was returned.

At 4:26 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 1200 block of N. Washington St. Officers arrested a 49-year-old female for disorderly conduct and peace disturbance. She was processed and released.

At 5:19 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a disturbance at Dickinson Ave. and Webster St. Officers arrested a 49-year-old woman for peace disturbance and trespassing. This was the same woman Officers arrested earlier and released about an hour earlier. She was transported to the Caldwell County Detention Center and placed on a 24-hour hold pending the filing of formal charges.
