A Chillicothe woman was arrested by State Troopers in Linn County Wednesday afternoon. Twenty-year-old Nykaria C. Phillips of Chillicothe was arrested at 1:56 pm for alleged driving while suspended, no license plate, expired plates, and on a Linn County warrant for alleged failure to appear for driving while revoked or suspended. She was processed and released.
