A lengthy child abuse or neglect investigation was completed by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department. Sheriff Steve Cox says the investigation began in September. The department was assisted by the Child Advocacy Center, Juvenile Office, Chillicothe PD and Children’s Division. Cox says various items of suspected evidence were seized during the investigation. The report was submitted to the prosecuting attorney for review and consideration of charges on two adults.
