Chillicothe’s Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a Conditional Use permit and items for Flood Zones when they meet January 7th.
The Conditional Use permit is for a property at 923 Waples, currently zoned I-1, Industrial. The request is to have an event hall.
The Commission will also review changes to the city’s floodplan ordinance. That ordinance includes: Adopting Flood Hazard Maps, Designating a Floodplan Administrator, and Providing for Severability, and Setting an Effective Date.
The Chillicothe’s Planning and Zoning Commission will meet January 7th at 5:30 pm at Chillicothe City Hall.
