Eighty-five calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Tuesday.
At 9:32 a.m., officers investigated a report of suspicious activity on Locust Street but found nothing unusual.
Just before 1:00 p.m., officers responded to a possible fraud case on Monroe Street and successfully stopped a scam before the victim suffered any loss.
Later that evening, at 6:33 p.m., a sexual assault was reported at the police station. The case is under investigation.
And just after 11 p.m., a man was stopped for a traffic violation near Washington and Ryan. He was arrested for driving without a valid license and later released with a citation.
