Four cases handled in the Associate Court were moved to Circuit Court.
In Livingston County, Kaliah Nichole Wilson, who faces charges of alleged endangering the welfare of a child – creating a substantial risk, was bound over to circuit court. Her arraignment will be August 7th before Judge Ryan Horsman.
Wilson’s charge of alleged terrorist threat was also bound over to circuit court. That arraignment will also be August 7th before Judge Ryan Horsman.
In Livingston County, the case against Chase Jordan Fantazia, who faces charges of alleged burglary, stealing, and unlawful possession of a firearm, was bound over to circuit court. His arraignment will be Thursday, July 10th, before Judge Ryan Horsman.
In Daviess County, Katie L. Corum, who faces charges of alleged Trafficking Drugs, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon, receiving stolen property, no valid license, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, no insurance, and no license plates, was bound over to circuit court Her arraignment is scheduled today (Wednesday) before judge Daren Adkins.
