A candidate for the Chillicothe City Auditors position withdrew from the race Tuesday afternoon. City Clerk Roze Frampton reported Kathy Gilliland withdrew her name from the ballot at 4:13 pm.
A short time later, before the 5:00 pm deadline, Hannah Fletcher filed for the office of City Auditor and will be unopposed on the ballot.
