Chillicothe fire fighters responded to a report of a gas leak Wednesday evening in the 600 block of Peacher Street. The call came in about 5:50 pm and the fire department and gas company arrived at the same time to check the leak at the gas meter. The gas company found a small leak and made the repairs. They were on the scene for about 10 minutes.
