Livingston County Sheriff’s Report For Early May

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department report for the first half of May includes several incidents and arrests.

Incident Reports:

May 5th, LCSO responded to the 11000 block of LIV 2317 for an unattended death.

May 6th & 7th, Deputies completed investigations on registered offenders failing to register as required.

May 8th, LCSO assisted a law enforcement agency in Texas with a possible human trafficking investigation.  The investigation involved individuals interviewed and information was relayed to the Texas agency.

May 9th, LCSO began an investigation into property damage to the pop machine located at the Chula Community Center.

May 9th, deputies responded to the Dawn Apartment for an ongoing disturbance. The suspected party appeared to be under the influence of one or more substances. The suspect was evaluated and transported by ambulance and an incident report was completed to be forwarded to North Central Missouri Mental Health.

 

Arrests:

May 9th, deputies arrested 27-year-old Koriana Roy of Springfield, in Livingston County Circuit Court on a warrant for alleged Endangering a Correctional Employer/Visitor/Another Offender by Attempting/Knowingly Causing a Person to Come in Contact with Bodily Fluids. Roy was processed and released on an O.R. bond.

May 10th, deputies arrested 35-year-old Phillip Earley of Columbia on a Livingston County warrant for a probation violation on an original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was processed and released.

May 13th, deputies arrested 52-year-old Babe Faulconer-Laine of Sedalia, on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Stealing – Fourth or Subsequent Stealing Offense Within 10 Years. She had turned herself in and was transported to the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $10,000 cash only.
