A Columbia man was arrested Tuesday morning in Chariton County. State Troopers arrested 27-year-old Nicholai Nolin-Clark at about 10:05 am for alleged possession of marijuana and possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was taken to the Chariton County Jail, processed and released.
