Chillicothe Police responded to 94 calls for service and made one arrest.
A report of a domestic assault summoned officers to a business in the 1000 block of South Washington. The call resulted in the arrest of Shelby Marie Barnett for alleged domestic assault. She was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
Officers handled several calls for dogs running at large Tuesday, including in the 600 block of Williams, 300 block of E. Bridge and the 400 block of Dickinson Ave. Officers were assisted by Animal Control St.
Officers responded to a parking violation in the 200 block of Southwest Drive. The vehicle owner was notified and the vehicle moved.
About 5:30 pm, a possible burglary was reported in the 1400 block of McVey St. Officers made contact with the resident who said no crime had been committed.
Around 9:30 pm, Officers responded to a possible assault at Danner Park. The investigation is on-going.
