School District To Consider Debt Refinancing
The Chillicothe R-II School Board will look at refinancing debt in an attempt to save on interest. Superintendent Dan Wiebers says that will be discussed in the September Meeting. Wiebers says that could allow the district to move forward with future construction projects earlier on their timeline.
