Gannan Sentenced To Life Plus 5 On Statutory Rape Charge
A man convicted of Statutory Rape and Patronizing Prostitution in March was sentenced in Sullivan County Court Wednesday. Rodger Gannan was sentenced to life in prison plus five years. The Linn County Prosecuting Attorney says the Brookfield Police Department handled the investigation in this case.
