Thirty-two-year-old Phillip Dennison Earley of Chillicothe was arrested by Hamilton police on a Livingston County warrant for alleged failure to obey a judge’s orders on a charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance and forgery.  Earley was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail with bond set at $10,000 cash only.
