Troopers Arrest Chillicothe Man In Clinton County
A Chillicothe man was arrested by State Troopers in Clinton County Saturday morning. At about 7:50 am, Troopers arrested 22-year-old Austin L. Rankin for alleged no seatbelt and on a Foristell PD warrant for a traffic violation. He was held at the Clinton County Jail pending the posting of bond.
