Election – Chillicothe School Board Candidates – Kenneth Stull

The April 8^th Municipal election includes six candidates running for two seats on the Chillicothe R-II School Board.  KCHI spoke with each of the candidates.  Today we hear from Kenneth Stull.  Stull explains why he wants to be on the School Board.
