A Summer Youth Drama Camp is giving area children an opportunity to explore the behind-the-scenes world of theater. The CHS Drama Department and Chillicothe Theatre Company are offering two one-week programs. Students can participate in improv, acting, theater games, and more, with an emphasis on Shakespeare.
The first week, July 7-11 is for students entering grades 6-8.
The second week, July 21-25 is for those entering grades 3-5.
The camp will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a show on the respective Friday at 7:00 pm. For more information and cost, go to the Chillicothe Theatre Co. Facebook page, or contact Lisa Rule at the High School.
