Chillicothe Police Report For Thursday

Chillicothe officers handled 120 calls for service Thursday.  Some of the calls include:

12:07 PM – Officers took a report of possible unauthorized entry at a home in the 900 block of Walnut Street. The resident reported someone entered back door while the occupants were home. Nothing appeared disturbed or stolen.

1:33 PM – Officers conducted traffic stop at 1900 Litton Road. Citations were issued for speeding, failure to register motor vehicle, and no insurance. The vehicle towed from scene.

1:58 PM – Officers responded to a report of a man being chased by dogs near Vine Street and Ann Street.  The investigation showed an elderly man was being chased by two dogs. Animal Control was contacted to assist.

8:45 PM – Officers responded to a suspicious person report in the 2500 block of Broken Arrow Road.  The person claimed to be from the courthouse and was seeking a resident with paperwork. The person left in white pickup truck prior to officers’ arrival.
