Grand River Historical Society Museum Hosting Sliced Bread Day Events

The Grand River Historical Society Museum will host events as part of Chillicothe’s Sliced Bread Days.  Curator Dustin Rennels says the bread contest will be held on Saturday, June 7th.  Area bakers are encouraged to enter their favorite recipes in one of three categories.

Savory Bread, Sweet Bread, and yeasted breads.

Recipe cards must accompany the entry and entry forms are available at the museum, at the time of entry or can be found with this story.

Rennels says the museum will also host a swap meet.
