Two bookings into the Caldwell County Detention Center are reported by the Livingston County Sheriff’s office.
40-year-old Steven Tyler Kimbrough of Chillicothe was arrested by Caldwell County officers and booked on a warrant for alleged Failure to appear on charges of alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.
27-year-old Nyssa M. Saldana of Chillicothe was arrested by Livingston County Deputies on a bond revocation warrant on charges of alleged possession of a controlled substance. Her new bond is set at $7,500 cash only.
