Budget and Bids are part of the Chillicothe R-II School Board agenda for Tuesday. The meeting begins at 5:00 pm at the district office.
Recognition of the Chillicothe Parent Teacher Organization executive team is planned.
The Consent Agenda includes payment of bills, transfer of funds, presentation of retention and attendance data, follow-up of graduates, and the human resources program evaluation.
The budget update includes a reminder of a special meeting on June 30th for final budget approval. The superintendent will also talk about the progress made on the budget and funding.
Revisions to the student handbooks will be presented and considered.
Policy updates will be presented for review and consideration.
Bids will be presented for bread, milk, fuel, and paper.
The board will be asked to consider the Alternative Methods of Instruction (AMI) Plan for the 2025/26 school year.
A closed executive session is planned to follow the regular meeting.
