A domestic violence incident led to injuries and a man arrested.
At about 4:30 pm. Chillicothe police responded to the 400 block of S Washington St. The suspect fled on foot, resulting in a foot chase. The suspect was apprehended in the 300 block of Cowgill St. after a TASER was used. That person was arrested and later taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center. The female victim sustained glass injuries to her eye and vehicle windshield damage. She was treated at the scene. The suspect faces charges of alleged domestic assault and resisting arrest.
