The jury trial for a Chillicothe man charged with two counts of alleged unlawful use of a weapon – exhibiting, with be July 2nd in Daviess County.
The charges against 53-year-old Chad Michael O’Bryan stem from the incident adjacent to the Chillicothe Middle School in September of 2024. O’Bryan was allegedly swinging a pair of shears, or scissors, or knives indiscriminately as children were present at the school.
The case was moved to Daviess County on a change of venue. The two-day trial will be before Judge Ryan Horsmann beginning at 9:00 am on July 2nd.
