Financial reserves for the Chillicothe R-II School District were discussed by the School Board in their monthly meeting. Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers says the district has fallen below their target of 20-25%.
Around $3.7 million or 15.68%
Dr Wiebers says the district will need to work on building the reserves.
Says he and the board will work on the reserves.
He says it may take a while to reach the level he would like.
