Sentenced In Grundy County Court

Several are headed to prison following sentencing in Grundy County court.

Fifty-seven-year-old Misty Lynn Miller-Smith of Trenton was sentenced to 10 years in prison after a guilty plea on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance.

Thirty-five-year-old William Edward Grimes IV of Trenton pleaded guilty to domestic assault and resisting or interfering with an arrest.  He is sentenced to 10 years in prison on each charge, and the sentences will run concurrently.

A Trenton woman, 43-year-old Jessica Lynn Ishmael, was sentenced to seven years in prison on each of two felony charges, burglary and stealing.  Those sentenced are to run concurrently.  She was also sentenced to 39 days for a misdemeanor charge of tampering with a motor vehicle, and given credit for time served.

Fifty-two-year-old Tamashya Latrece Foster of Fulton, was sentenced to 10 years in the Department of Corrections, suspended, and placed on five years probation following a guilty plea on a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm by a dangerous felon.
